We are delighted to include this absolute local beauty in our annual portfolio of external functions
In 2023 three great mates, over a few beers, decided to bring the pub back to life.
The purchase and renovations began.
On the 1st November, 2023 the doors reopened and the beers began to flow again for Rosedale. In late October 2024, the front bar renovations were completed, and The Rosey Pub was fully open.

APPETIZER
Yabbie Tail Pikelets With Creme Fresh Kangaroo & Beet Bruschetta
Trout Mousse with Nasturtium Pesto
Duck Pate en Croute
Wild Mushroom with Fennel & Thyme
ENTREE
QUAIL & RABBIT TERRINE
Mosaic of quail and rabbit, filled with bacon jelly and pistachios.
Prepared with thyme, sage and rosemary herbs.
MAIN
VENISON CREPINETTE
Saddle of venison medallion, wrapped in pork farce and silverbeet.
Served with Duchess Potato.
Accompanied by bush pepper and juniper jus.
