This label was created in honour of our retired Chairman Peter Sheehan, after 14 years of exceptional service. This wine is of supreme quality and was fermented in 50 % new French oak hogshead barrels. It shows intense black cherry fruit, excellent balance, with great length and complexity. Only two barrels were made.
