2023 Chairman’s Selection Peter's Pinot Noir
This label was created in honour of our retired Chairman Peter Sheehan, after 14 years of exceptional service. This wine is of supreme quality and was fermented in 50 % new French oak hogshead barrels. It shows intense black cherry fruit, excellent balance, with great length and complexity. Only two barrels were made.

    Bouquet: Black plum with herbal tea, violets, mushroom, coconut and nutty new French oak

    Flavour: Black plum, cherry ripe, dark chocolate and integrated, spicy French oak

    Texture: Fleshy, intense and complex, showing perfect balance and a long harmonious finish

    Alcohol: 13.5 %
