The fruit for this wine was sourced from the renowned Heathcote region in central Victoria. The cooler 2023 season has produced a shiraz with an intense and complex palate of blackberry fruit and spicey French oak. Fermented by wild yeasts, this is a lovely shiraz, which will repay cellaring for ten years or more.
