This is a new sparkling wine replacing the previous Sparkling Harriet. Joanne is the partner of our winemaker Axel Friend. The fruit is handpicked from our estate plantings and is 90 % chardonnay with 10 % pinot noir, to contribute an attractive touch of mother-of-pearl to the colour. Produced by the traditional method using closed fermentation, to enhance the contribution from yeast lees. It is a full flavoured style with a crisp acidity, making it an excellent aperitif
