NV Sparkling Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is named in honour of our inaugural Chairperson, Robert Fordham and marks a return to a cabernet sauvignon base wine. This time it is a 50:50 blend of cabernet from the 2021 and 2022 vintages, hence the NV (non-vintage) designation. It is a lovely fresh style, rich with lifted berry fruits and a crisp, clean finish.
